Dubai Islands, still in its early development phase, presented a unique window for first-mover advantage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rather than sourcing individual units separately, I structured a strategic bulk acquisition approach\u2014leveraging volume to unlock preferential pricing and priority unit selection directly from the developer. Even in the early phases of the project, the pricing trajectory has already shown strong upward movement, validating the strategy of early entry and collective negotiation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This transaction highlights how strategic positioning, local market intelligence, and access to off-market opportunities can create a level of exclusivity and financial
